Hotel Royal Class is managed by the company Alass Group SRL, Tax number: 18112201, J12/3916/2005 as an entity complying with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data we are sending you this Information Notice to explain how we process and protect personal data.

The premise from which we start in formulating this is the entry into force of Regulation No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council which requires increased attention to personal data.
We assume the obligation to provide users and data subjects with all the rights conferred by this Regulation, while respecting the principles laid down therein. This privacy policy information notice also highlights our obligation of means by which we will make every effort to respect the personal data of visitors.

1. What processing is the subject of this Information Notice?

This information notice applies to the processing of personal data of:
a. our contractual partners such as suppliers, vendors, customers ("Business Partners");
b. visitors and users of our website, which can be accessed at: http://royalclass.ro
c. persons interested in participating in any contests and promotions offered by us through the online environment.
d. visitors and users of our Facebook and Instagram pages.
f. persons using the hotel services.

To the extent that you do not fit into any of the situations outlined, we respectfully request that you contact us, and we will provide you with an Information Notice in accordance with your particular situation.

2. What information we collect about you.

Firstly, we would like to draw to the attention of the persons referred to in point 1 that the undersigned's website does not use cookies, meaning that we will not have a cookie policy.

We collect and process your personal data when you interact with us (for example, the information you provide to us by filling in forms on the website or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise).
This includes information you provide when you complete a booking form or otherwise, when you enter competitions, promotions or surveys run by the Subscriber and/or its contractual partners and when you report a problem with our Websites.
The information you provide to us may include your name, address, email address and telephone number, personal description and photograph, age, date of birth and gender, and other information as appropriate.
One extremely important point we unequivocally inform you that we will not collect or process sensitive personal data relating to you as understood by Regulation 679/2016 (e.g. information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious denomination or philosophical beliefs, health, sex life or sexual orientation),
However, we indicate that we will process such data where (I) we are required to do so by law; and/or (II) where you have provided us with your explicit consent separately. Where you voluntarily provide us with personal data (including sensitive personal data) through your interaction with our Websites or correspondence with us by telephone, email or otherwise, of your own volition and not at our request, we will delete such personal data from our systems if we do not believe that its processing is necessary for a legitimate purpose, unless you have made such data public (for example, in a message board that is publicly visible), in which case we will delete such data from our Websites only if required to do so by law.
We will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent to do so.

3. YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to confirm whether your personal data is processed by us, to provide you with a copy of your personal data and/or to correct it.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data or, based on your right to portability, to ask us to transfer part of your personal data to you or to other entities.
You also have the right to object to certain processing of your personal data (e.g. the use of processing for direct marketing purposes or certain decisions taken only by automated processing (including profiling). Where we have asked for your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent without adverse effect on you. Where we process your personal data because we have a legitimate interest in doing so (as explained above), you also have the right to object to such processing. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. Please note that your rights described above may be limited in certain circumstances and are subject to applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data; for example, your right to object to the processing of your personal data may be limited if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing your personal data that override your interests. You will need to prove your identity and provide us with other details to help us respond to your request. We will not charge a fee for responding to your request unless permitted by law and, if such a fee is charged, it will be reasonable and proportionate to your request. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us via the contact persons listed below. We hope that we can answer any questions you may have about how we process your personal data. However, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authorities. You can lodge a complaint in the Member State where you live, work or where the alleged breach of data protection law took place.

Essentially, the rights are set out in point form, non-exhaustively, as follows:

- Restriction of Articles 18 and 19 of Regulation No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- portability Art. 20 of Regulation No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- Opposition Art. 21 of Regulation No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- automated decisions, profiling Art. 22 of Regulation No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- restrictions Art. 23 of Regulation No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

4. The form in the RESERVE section and the CONTACT section are in accordance with the rules established by the G.D.P.R. and provide guarantees in case of any breach of the data provided.
The information provided through these boxes will only be used for the purpose of completing the contract covering the hotel services.

5. How do we protect your data?

All data is hidden from other users/visitors and will not be shared under any circumstances.
We do not collect, store or use the personal data of minors, to the best of our reasonable knowledge, except with the express consent of their parents, or where applicable their legal representatives. If only one parent's consent is given, we will not take this consent into account, and consequently we will not proceed to registration.
In case you are a minor, please do not under any circumstances send us your identification data, such as your name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc. If you do not comply with this obligation, and you intend to send us your data without the express consent of your parents or representatives, we inform you that we will categorically refuse to process this data and will notify you immediately that registration is refused.

Hotel Royal Class complies with all the principles required by the GDRP, of which we list non-exhaustively:
- transparency, fairness and lawfulness in the handling and use of personal data.
- Limiting the processing of personal data to explicit and legitimate purposes.
- restriction of collection and storage to the minimum amount of personal data necessary for a particular purpose.
- ensuring data security, integrity and confidentiality.

Hotel Royal Class does not currently send newsletters and does not collect email addresses for use for any purpose beyond the hotel contractual framework.
